1.1. This My Natcom Service Use Agreement (Agreement) includes the terms, conditions and regulations for the use of My Natcom ecosystem services (Platform), owned and/or operated and/or managed by Natcom SA (Service)

Contact upload is an optional feature that allows us to check which of your contacts in your device's address book are also My Natcom users. It also means we can update your My Natcom contact list when your contacts who aren't using My Natcom yet sign up later. We care about your privacy and we don't share your contact list with Natcom Platforms Inc. or other Natcom Companies for their own use, even when they provide us with services.
When you use contact upload and grant My Natcom access to your device address book, My Natcom will access and upload the phone numbers in your address book typically daily, but this depends on various factors including how often a user uses My Natcom, including those of My Natcom users and your other contacts. We don’t collect any of the other information that could appear in your device address book including names, email addresses, etc.
If any of your contacts aren’t yet using My Natcom, we protect their privacy by managing the phone number in a way that is designed to prevent those contacts from being identified by My Natcom. We do this by creating a cryptographic hash value of their phone number, and then delete the number. Each cryptographic hash value is stored on My Natcom’s servers, linked to the My Natcom users who uploaded the corresponding phone numbers before they were hashed so that we can more efficiently connect you with these contacts when they join My Natcom.

9.2. However, users agree that the level of security depends on the device the user is using, the user's internet or internal connection and other factors that are the responsibility of third parties. Users clearly understand and accept security risks (if any) when using the service.
The Platform is developed and owned by Natcom SA except for user content uploaded to the Platform, all intellectual property rights related to the Platform including but not limited to source code, images, data, information Information, content contained in the platform, modifications, additions, updates of the platform and related documentation (if any) will be solely owned by Natcom SA and not by any individual or organization. All issues, contents and any disagreements and disputes arising from or related to the implementation of this Agreement are interpreted and governed by the laws of Haiti. Natcom SA and the users hereby acknowledge that the laws applicable to resolving disputes and disagreements, if any, between the parties related to the platform and the Services are the laws of Haiti only and do not refer to the laws of any country otherwise in any case.
